REST OF THE WORLD

All orders include Swedish VAT. International orders can be subject to additional taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this seldom occurs, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any taxes and duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

The customer will be charged for all associated processing costs including an additional handling fee of 20 EUR for deliveries that are refused. All charges are deducted from the total amount of the order.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, therefore returns made within 30 days are accepted less shipping costs, as long as the products are in their original condition.
